Whenever I share photos of our home, I get so many questions about the wallpaper I’ve used, so I thought I’d put together a post featuring the top 5 favorites from my followers (and, of course, mine too).

Welcome to the final part of our laundry space project! In our previous post, we shared the quick renovation we did when we first moved in back in 2020, along with the mistakes we made and noticed as we began using the space. Let’s go back to 2022. We had a room next to the front door that we wanted to turn into a guest bedroom with space-saving furniture, but since we barely have guests, it mostly sat empty (or filled with boxes). The plan was to make the most of the space—using it as a guest room only when needed—and finally create a proper home office with a desk and everything. So…I changed the color in our multipurpose room! I know, I know—why, Valeria? Why are you re-painting again? Well, let’s keep it simple: first, I don’t like to settle for something unless I truly love it; and second, I love change. When I have a new idea, I want to try it out.

Three years ago, we created this beautiful accent wall in the midst of the chaotic renovation of our kitchen. It might look like a lot of work, but it was actually very simple. The goal was to make it look and feel like the brick was always there. It took me a while to write this post, but here it is with all the information you need to get inspired to DIY. My sister-in-law and her partner began renovating their small kitchen last year. They removed the wall dividing the open concept living area and the kitchen, and took out the tiny island. Although these were major improvements, the kitchen still felt compact and didn’t meet their family's functional needs. So, when she asked me to help redesign and update her kitchen, of course I said yes.
